We have two ways to keep up with 4-H Happenings:
Our Friday 4-H In4Mation email is sent every week at 5:00 p.m.

Join 4-H

Joining and Enrolling

The 4-H year runs from October to September. Enrollment for 4-H begins in mid-October of each year.  Youth must be at least 8 years old on December 31, to join. Youth who are 5 to 7 years old can join the Cloverbuds project, a non-competitive introduction to 4-H. Please see our Joining and Enrolling page for complete information.

How to sign up

There are 3 steps to becoming a volunteer:

  1. Sign up on 4-H Online and provide contact information for three references. (call us and we’ll provide instructions).
  2. Complete orientation training (it’s online and a link will be sent when your references are returned).
  3. Pass a background check.
