nutwellcounterWorld Cultures Through Food is a new concept in teaching food and nutrition presented by CSU Extension- Pueblo County. Participants cook and share a meal using induction hot plates while learning the food culture of different countries from around the world.

Get Stronger, Live Longer
Take the first step toward reaching your personal health and wellness goals. This progressive strength training program for beginners is designed for people, both men and women, who are interested in becoming physically active.  Use your own hand and leg weights to improve flexibility, balance and to gain muscle strength.  Morning sessions are offered 3 days a week. and will run 12 weeks. Living Gluten–Free
Do you have questions about going gluten-free? Are you struggling to keep gluten out of your life? Guide to Living Gluten-Free is the title of a class offered by CSU Extension-Pueblo County. High Altitude Baking
Say “no” to flat cakes and cookies! CSU Extension has lots of information on adjusting recipes for better results at our altitude.
