Hello 4-H Volunteers and Pueblo County Fair Supporters!

Please find the NEW 2023-2024 Pueblo County 4-H/Pueblo County Fair Superintendent application here.

This application is for any and all current or prospective 4-H AND Pueblo County Fair Superintendents that intend to serve 4-H project areas or in Pueblo County Fair roles for the 2023-2024 4-H year. All approved 4-H Superintendents will fill the role of 2024 Pueblo County Fair Superintendents in the same project area. The expectation is that all interested superintendents will apply each year, with the applications going before a selection committee for final approval. The application process is as follows:

Application Process:

Please submit your typed or hand-written application in person to the Pueblo County Extension office (701 Court Street, Suite C), or via email, to Lexi Deary, at: dearya@pueblocounty.us by the application deadline, December 4, 2023 by 5:00 PM.

Timeline for Selection Process:

• November 6 – Applications open and are posted to CSU Extension and Fair Board Websites.
• November 6 – December 4 – Open superintendent application period.
• December 5 – 8 – Selection Committee meets and makes decision on applicants, and successful candidates notified.
• January 1 – Superintendents assume their roles.
