MQA (Stations): March 27, arrive between 6:00pm and 7:00pm, Auditorium.
This is a “hands on” training consisting of a number of stations that members visit. It takes approximately one hour to visit each station and complete the required worksheet, so you must arrive no later than 7:00 p.m. Members must complete MQA as a Junior/Intermediate (that is, between 8 and 13 4-H age) and once as a senior (14 to 18 4-H age). If you are taking the swine project you must take MQA every year.

MQA (Classroom): April – TBD, CSU Extension Office.
The class will last approximately 2 hours and will begin around 6:00 p.m. This is a make-up option for members who miss the March 27th hands-on version.

Livestock Tests (Day 1): May 11, 6:00 p.m., Dining Hall
All livestock members (including market, dairy, breeding) must take and pass with a 60% score a livestock test in each species each year. So, for instance, if you are in the Dairy Goat project, Market Poultry project, and Breeding Poultry project, you will need to take three tests. The Study guides are available here: Livestock Study Guides.

Livestock Tests (Day 2): June 12 at 6:00pm, Auditorium
See above. This is a make-up date for members who miss or don’t pass on the first date.
