We begin using 4-H Online 2.0 when we start enrollment for the 2020-2021 4-H Year. The layout is easy to navigate, it’s intuitive to use, and completely mobile friendly!!
The State will be transitioning to 4-H Online 2.0 during the month of October so it will be unavailable from September 30 through October 31 with a planned re-enrollment date of November 1. That’s a little bit later than usual because Colorado has been using 4-H Online for 14 years and there is a huge amount of data to transfer over. Because of that, we are among the last states to switch to switch to the 2.0 platform. The states that have already switched report that it takes about a month to move fully from 1.0 to 2.0
Password requirements will change. Your password must be at least 10 characters long, with a capital letter, a number, and NO symbols (that is, no @ or !, and so forth). If your password meets these requirements, you don’t need to do anything. If your password doesn’t meet these requirements, you may want to update it before September 30 to make re-enrollment easier.
Uploaded files will not be carried over. So, if you are in the Horse or Dog project, you’ll need to reupload photos and vet records. Shooting Sports members will need to re-upload their hunter safety cards.
We will provide re-enrollment information and instructions as November 1 draws closer. We will have tip-sheets available, and you’ll be able to set an appointment to come to the office and get some hands-on help.
We are excited for the new 4-H Online!
