Shooting Sports Ambassador Applications Available

If you are a 4-H member in Shooting Sports who will be 4-H age 14-18 in the 2020-2021 year, you may be interested to know there is a state-wide 4-H shooting sports ambassador program. If you think you would be interested in getting involved with Shooting Sports at the state level, this is a great opportunity.

The Colorado 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassadors are a diverse and united group of Colorado 4-H members who are dedicated in providing leadership and knowledge to 4-H youth through Shooting Sports with an emphasis on positive youth development, safe inclusion environments, and promoting integrity.

Applications are due to the State 4-H Office by October 15; however, they require multiple letters of recommendation and a signature from your 4-H Agent, so you need to start soon! Applications can be found on the State 4-H Website at http://co4h.colostate.edu/ss/forms/ambassador-application.pdf. The application also includes a list of state-wide activities that you are required to participate in if selected.
