With the increase in members enrolled in beef projects this year, our ag agent, Tom Laca, and our county director, MJ Fisher, have decided to offer a “What’s in Your Bucket? Basic Nutrition for 4-H/FFA Beef Projects” workshop.

It will be held on Thursday, March 8 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at our Extension Office, and registration is due by Wednesday, March 7 at 5:00 PM. Call our office (719-583-6566) or email Tom Laca to RSVP (lacat@pueblocounty.us). Details about the workshop are on the attached flyer.

This workshop is free to all! Also, yes, we are aware that this overlaps with the March Livestock Advisory Committee meeting, but it was literally the only night in March that we could make it work. Sorry for the overlap! If you are enrolled in the beef project, please feel free to skip the livestock meeting to attend this instead.

We’re also advertising this to all of the other counties in Colorado, so be sure to RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
