Making cheese at home is simple and fun!
Join us for Cheese Making: Intro to Soft Cheeses

You will learn the equipment needed to make soft cheeses, ingredients needed and where to find them, the cheese making process and receive recipes you can use at home.

Following the presentation, sample some homemade cheeses made by CSU Extension Agents Laura Krause (Pueblo County) and  Briana Rockler (El Paso County).

The cost of the class is $25.00, and must be received by January 12, 2017. To register with a credit/debit card (for an additional fee), click the EventBrite link below.
